Jamestown Education Association (JEA) is the local chapter of North Dakota United (NDU) composed of teachers and educational support staff from Jamestown Public Schools in Jamestown, North Dakota.
JEA serves as an organization of professionals to create awareness of the developments in education, advance and protect interests by means of instruction, conferences, and united action, and to stimulate an appreciation of the responsibilities of professions in education.
JEA also serves to advocate for our members’ rights. JEA additionally serves as the officially recognized bargaining unit for the teachers of Jamestown Public Schools.

JEA members also serve as your representatives on the JPS Health Insurance Committee. A recent addition of the committee’s work includes a partnership with Medallus Medical to serve as the JPS Insurance Near-Site Clinic. While the clinic is openly available to the community, JPS Insurance participants are able to access clinic services as part of their insurance offerings.
